Office Flirting – Yes or No?

However, in spite of all these statements, often people do really philander and flirt with each other within the boundaries of the enterprise. From one point of view flirting may come with conflicting situations and misunderstandings. Most people rush into returning to work next day. Their productivity increases and they become more interested in making their duties better and more hard-working. Flirting makes people feel more assertive and their confidence level significantly increases.
Let's continue with flirting' cons:
In case when one partner is not willing to involve in flirting, sexual harassment occurs. Virtually none of the companies tolerate sexual harassment. In most cases flirting ends up with termination of one's function or job position. Sexual harassment is a condition that makes most people feel uncomfortable and frightened. It is all about physical or moral connotation. When giving a challenging compliment about one's sexuality and attractiveness, say nothing of touching a co-worker inappropriately – it's all about sexual harassment.
So, you should know that once you've rushed into office flirting, make sure you are ready for being accused of sexual harassment. Your every activity, pace and action will be supervised, discussed and analyzed. Moreover, you should realize that your supervisors and executives will favor on the victim's side rather than on yours. That's why you should thoroughly think over flirting within your office or not. In fact, by flirting within your company you do not commit any crime. However, it should be meticulously thought out for avoiding disputes and misconceptions. Good luck!
