What stage are you at in your psychic development?

There comes a time for many of us when we start to think about psychic ability, intuition and the paranormal. Is Psychic ability real, how can we be sure and do we posses any ourselves? The conclusion we reach on these matters by their very nature must be a personal one. I happened to feel that having some form of intuition or psychic ability to a greater or lesser degree is very normal. It may be a part of us and is an ability you should be able to freely explore.

Stage 1: You may have dabbled in developing the basic psychic ability. You may be a firm believer in intuition and psychic ability, your own and that of others that you suspect that they secretly have. You may have played at runes, Tarot or Ouija boards ( I do not recommend that you mess around with Ouija) and dabbled with the Psychic readings, read a few books on the psychic and paranormal subject and perhaps had some interesting and or surprising results developing one of these types or forms of psychic abilities. You may have had more than one type of psychic experience too, including de-ja-vu and on a regular basis. We all start somewhere- but don’t be fooled into filling your home with the content of your nearest New Age shop- thinking this will help! A visit to a local psychic circle or joining a psychic membership site my be of more use and fun!

Stage 2: You’ve may have done all or some of the above and have begun to realize that your psychic development is just one step on your own unique spiritual journey. You may be aware of moods/energy or psychic vibes as you first enter a room and have your senses acutely tuned so as to be able to ‘pick up on people’s vibes as soon as you meet them.

Stage 3: At the risk of sounding a little ‘far out’, you’ve passed through stage one and two and now may have the ability to tap into the real higher energy and go that little bit beyond into unknown territory, like many before you. You may have developed the ability to just know certain things about people and places that never were imparted to you. You will know how to use this ability sparingly, and in the right way and time. You will be aware that your potential for feeling empathy with any living creature has expanded. At this stage you have two choices, you can become smug about your new found gift, even lording it over others as something you have and that they don’t- or decide to use it in a small or large capacity to help your fellow mortals in any way/service as is possible.

Do any of the above stages describe you?
It’s wonderful to have a gifts, something that your really good at but consider this- apart from using it to show off (if you are that way inclined) don’t you think your gift would be put to better use if you employed it in the service of others? That is by far the best use for any kind of gift or talent that we possess.
