Stop smoking today with NLP.

By: Shelbi Stone

So what if it is really that easy? What if everything you always thought about the difficulty of quitting turned out to be wrong? Suppose that with a single season of hypnosis or NLP, it would be simple to find confidence and happiness in being a lifelong non-smoker?
NLP and hypnosis are so successful because they change our internal, subconscious beliefs about why we smoke. So whilst consciously we may wish to quit, all too often our all powerful unconscious mind simply would not let us.
When one first starts smoking, they buy into the conditioning from others saying it made them feel better, more confident, and relaxed. And as a result of lighting up those first few cigarettes, smokers permanently install these extremely unhelpful beliefs directly into their unconscious, beliefs that also included the concept that quitting was going to be really difficult.
Smokers know the dangers associated with smoking, but feel they can't - or don't want to - live without the perceived pleasures. Because of their prolonged nicotine intake, they saw themselves as relaxed and confident, when, in reality, they were just feeding an addiction.
So can it really be that simple? What if everything you've ever believed about the difficulty of quitting turned out to be wrong? What would you say if you could become a happy non smoker for life after just one session of hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis and NLP have an incredibly high success rate because our beliefs and habits are deeply seeded in our subconscious minds. However genuinely we want to quit, there is always that inner mind that stops us from doing so.
You see, when smokers first start; they buy into years of conditioning telling them that their nasty habit made them feel somehow better, more confident and more relaxed. And as a result of lighting up those first few cigarettes, smokers permanently engrain these harmful notions directly into their unconscious, beliefs that also included the assumption that stopping was going to be next to impossible.
Smokers consciously choose to focus on that good feeling they feel from smoking, and do not think about the damage they are doing to their lungs As she becomes more tolerant of the effects of smoking, she begins to associate the relief experienced when feeding their habit with feeling peaceful and in control.
