Mind over pain works for a while if one is unpracticed in the variable controlling of muscles tendants bloodflow heartrate..adrenalin will assist in the running away method, similar to pain pills without going to treatment after. hitting yourself with a hammer in the other foot for awhile but humans run out of feet to hit after one. running out of logic, thats when you let go,
thats when you are in the zone and ready ,thats when you are sitting there in your agony and do nothing but pass out
